What is it?
A Friendly prediction competition where you predict Winner or Draw for all the World Cup Games games and
score points.
What can I win?
The winner is the person with the most points at the end of the tournament, and they will get £40.
Second place will get £30, and third place £20
Why do it?
It is a relatively pain free way of supporting the club financially. To enter costs
£5. Money raised helps support loss making aspects of the club
e.g. the 3rd and 4th XIs who, because they hire a wicket and because they are predominantly youth players, need the
extra support.
How does it work?
if you are already registered for our weekly Football Competition, just log in as you normally would as you
are automatically registered for this competition. Alternatively, register through the "Register Now" link above,
and fill in your details including your email address. Each week you will get an email with information on the progress so far,
and then all you need to do is come back to this page, log in and make or change your predictions.
You can also sign up for our newsletter by email at the same time.
You can continue to make changes to each match up until midnight the day before the game is played. Once the result is in it
will be updated and you can watch your score increasing as you go.
How does the scoring work?
The scoring is very simple. If you guess correctly, you score a point. If you guess a draw correctly you get 2 points.
If you guess wrong you score nothing.
